ADDITIONAL GUEST

Our maximum number of guests allowed is Ten (10). Please let us know in advance if you are bringing guests - maxium guests that can record at once (6)

OVERTIME & BOOKING HOURS

All studio booking must end at the scheduled reservation time. Guests are responsible for completing recording, packing belongings and vacating the premises by the end of their reserved session. Additional time is subject to availability and billed at $50 per 30-minute increment. Unauthorized extensions may result in additional charges. ​

CLEANLINESS & STUDIO CARE

Guests must leave the studio in the condition in which it was received. Please dispose of trash, remove personal belongings, and return equipment to their original locations unless otherwise directed. ​

PROPERTY & EQUIPMENT DAMAGE

We kindly request that you handle our space with great care. Guests are responsible for damage or loss caused by themselves or their attendees beyond ordinary wear and tear. Do not use nails, screws, staples or other damaging materials on walls or surfaces. Tape and adhesives must be approved and removed without causing damage. Repair or replacement costs may be charged when responsibility and costs are established.

FURNITURE & SETUP REQUESTS 

Requests to move furniture, change the studio layout or arrange special equipment must be submitted in advance and approved by BmorePod Studios. Additional setup requirements may affect booking time if not requested in advance. ​

STUDIO RULES & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Smoking & vaping are prohibited indoors. Open flames and activities that create excessive smoke or pose as a safety risk are not permitted. Pets are not allowed.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All bookings are nonrefundable. In the event of an emergency, please contact BmorePod Studios within 24-48 hours of your scheduled booking to request a reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to approval and availability. Otherwise, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
